I like that the illustrations represent what baby animals look like, and the story is simple enough that my son has been able to follow along well and repeat some of the words. I plan to get the other books in the series for him.

This book is great to read aloud. It has lots of detailed illustrations that kids will love to look at while you read. It is perfect to use to bring up discussions on self esteem.
