(More customer reviews)Mrs. Haddix has done it! This is a wonderful beginning chapter book for late 2nd/3rd grade readers. This will make a good read-aloud for class or small discussion groups. A terrific lesson on family relationships and values. Good book to help children who have recently transferred to a new school. The characters are enjoyable and endearing. Very believable and current topics for today's elementary age child.
