(More customer reviews)My son received all the books in this series for Christmas. He loved them so much. I searched for the right book to give him for a few months, and I am so glad I picked these. He really seemed to connect with them. I think he is so used to everything being so formal when it comes to myself and his teachers talking about the way he learns. These are the first books that took him to a place all to himself, a place where he could connect as a kid. I love these books, and if you have a child with a different learning style these are the books for them!

(More customer reviews)I LOVED this book narrated by a young girl with ADHD who's not on any meds and away from home by herself for the first time. We readers see things through her point of view and it's very touching. One of my favorite parts was when she said that after she and her father rode a roller coaster, she explained to him that the roller coaster ride was "what it feels like inside my head all the time. One jerky, jolting, zooming throught turning into another, the twists, the speed, the turns out of ... control."! I've read this author's "Racing the Past" and liked it too. Now I want to read her other books!

Teaching children visualization and relaxation techniques has often been a difficult feat until I began using books such as Bubble Riding and CDs such as Indigo Dreams, both Lori Lite creations. This book in particular has been integral in my treatment of anxiety related to sleep and overcoming other nighttime fears. It has also helped with school and social anxiety and pain management.
